The Easy-to-Use Master License

Upon purchasing, paid or unpaid, Craftbeats ("me"), grants you a worldwide non-exclusive royalty-free license to use the products within the framework of this agreement. It has been crafted with ease of use in mind to cater to indie creators (including but not limited to filmmakers, game developers, music producers) and small companies with less than 10 employees. Feel free to...

  • - Use my instruments and sounds in your music, videos, films, games, podcasts, or any other creative projects. Only thing excluded is music from my library, which may not be used, either wholly or partially, in other musical compositions.
  • - Release, sell, and stream your finished works royalty-free.
  • - Edit, process, combine, and mix the sounds as part of your own compositions or sound designs.

Everything you make is obviously 100% yours.

Please don't...

  • - Resell, share, rent, or redistribute my products or any of their contents, whether original, edited, or repackaged.
  • - Use of my sounds, samples, or music to make new products, including but not limited to instruments, sample packs, libraries, or collections.
  • - Release or sell my sounds, samples, or music on their own — they must always be part of your creative work.
  • - Use of any of my products, sounds, or derivatives to train or feed AI or machine-learning systems, directly or indirectly.

Freebies and music require attribution and link to Craftbeats.io but otherwise fall under the same license as paid products. You are free to choose the design and placement of the attribution. This could, for instance, go in the description of a YouTube video:

Attribution is however not required for any musical works created with the products, since providing credit is typically not possible.

I cannot be liable for any loss, damage, or claims arising from the use of my products. This includes direct or indirect losses, lost revenue, business interruptions, or creative setbacks. The products are provided "as-is." I take pride in creating with the highest of quality in mind, but cannot guarantee that they will meet your specific needs.
